Marvin “Marv” Olmstead has been a member of the East Corning Fire Department, Inc. since 2018 and serves as an exterior firefighter, driver/pump operator, and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).

Marv retired from Sears after working as a seasoned appliance technician for 20 years. He currently works for the Corning Painted Post School District as a bus driver and works tirelessly at the East Corning Fire Department leading maintenance and station projects.

Marv enjoys spending time with his wife Kathy and motorcycle riding, fishing, and being with his children and grandchildren.
